• expand the Leader in Me/7 Habits framework to more Hancock County individuals so they better recognize and embrace potential as well as change their paradigms
• enable individuals of all demographics to hone essential soft skills
• provide opportunities for local residents, work associates, and school districts to demonstrate their leadership capacity across Hancock County
